Hosting 3rd annual K9 High Stress Scenario/Decoy Training

In conjunction with the Battle Creek Area K9 training group the 3rd annual seminar will be hosted in Battle Creek MI on May 22nd-24th 2018. The seminar will focus on real-life high- stress deployment scenarios while working on proper decoy techniques. K9 teams will be exposed to high stress scenarios while implementing decoy techniques used by high level Dutch trainers. Class will be small 30-35 teams with plenty of hands on training and time in the suit. There will be a wealth of knowledge on site for problem solving and additional training. Those that attended in 2016&2017 can verify the quality of the course. Seminar will be $150 for the 3 days for Law Enforcement Teams.

Patrick Petersen : Supervisor/ Instructor/ Handler for the K9 Brigade in Haaglanden Netherlands. Patrick is also a trainer and handler in KNPV. Certified decoy for Dutch Police and judge for Dutch Police K9 examinations and police force.

Frank Rotscheid: Participated multiple times in Dutch National KNPV trials and has trained and sold many K9’s to both Police and Military. Frank has over 30 years of training K9’s and decoying in KNPV.

The training will start at 8 am on the 22nd at a location to be announced. All teams registered will be contacted with an itinerary once registered. If you have a bite suit available to you and or your training group please bring it with you. This year we will continue to train and improve on decoy skills but will focus on more scenario based training. The seminar will be limited to the first 30-35 teams registered. The seminar is NAPCH approved and will have at least one NAPCH master trainer and multiple NAPCH trainers on site.
