Due Payments

To make a payment using Debit / Credit cards, use our form below (you do not require a PayPal account).

• • Please place one or more member names in the below text box, and select the number of people you are paying dues for during the checkout process (e.g. if you are paying for one person, choose “1” as quantity; if you are paying dues for five listed members, choose “5”). If you are paying for a Trainer, discount, fill out the appropriate box.
  • You do not need to create a Paypal account to pay your membership dues;
    after entering all pertinent member names and clicking the yellow “Pay Now” button below, select the grey “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” option:
    
  • The membership dues will be billed once at $25.00 per member; this is not a recurring charge.
  • You receive a confirmation receipt via email after completing the checkout process.
